A self-made chef born and raised in the Upstate, Cody developed his passion for food and entrepreneurship early on. He has worked his way up from Garde Manger and sous chef to chef-owner of his own café and catering company. He is a natural at authentic southern cuisine.
After graduating from the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas, Elizabeth went on to start her own catering business. She was born in Queens, NY and grew up in her father’s restaurant in New Jersey. Her passion is traditional Colombian fusion cuisine.
